Down a flight of stairs from the street, on the B1 of the Aoba Roppongi Building. A floor of Technogym machines, a private room for personal training, locker rooms with showers, and a cafe lounge with sofas and Wi-Fi. Membership is capped so the floor stays uncrowded. Members let themselves in with a key, 24 hours a day.

Shakes mixed at the counter, whey or soy, with milk or soy milk. Half ¥300, regular ¥500, to take away too.

Members let themselves in with a key, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The desk is staffed weekdays 10:00 to 22:00, weekends 9:00 to 18:00 and holidays 10:00 to 18:00. Tours, trials and personal training run weekdays 10:00 to 21:50, weekends 9:00 to 17:50 and holidays 10:00 to 17:50.
